Chicken Curry
One of our most popular pies – succulent chicken in a curry sauce. This is a fairly mild curry sauce, more about flavour than heat and not dissimilar to a ‘chip shop’ curry sauce.

Haggis, Chicken & Peppercorn Sauce
One of our most popular pies that was inspired by the dish balmoral chicken. We’ve drenched succulent chicken in our own creamy peppercorn sauce, added a slice of Macsween’s haggis and topped it with a puff pastry lid.

Macaroni & Pancetta
A traditional Scottish macaroni pie with an Italian twist. We’ve added a generous portion of diced pancetta to this traditional Scottish macaroni pie to make it extra more-ish.

Pulled Ham & Chicken
We cook and pull this smoked ham finely so that it’s the ideal texture to add into the pies, combining it with diced chicken and a velouté sauce, made with some of the ham stock so that it’s absolutely packed with flavour.

Salt & Chilli Chicken
One of our top selling pies and the spiciest pie in our range. Chicken in a béchamel sauce with the heat dialled up with chilli flakes. There’s a definite kick to this pie, we’d place it at the hotter end of moderately spicy. The balance of flavours was praised by a top TV chef who definitely knows his spice at an event we were both attending.

Scotch Pie (Beef)
Our World Champion Scotch Pie, this one scooped the title in 2019 and it’s been a firm favourite with our customers ever since. Made with Scotch Beef with a slightly peppery finish, Scotch Pies were originally designed to be eaten one-handed, often on football terraces, to warm you up on a cold day.

Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to four days or freeze for up to six months. To defrost, place in the fridge overnight then consume within 24 hours.
To Heat
180°C / gas mark 5 for 20 minutes. Check to make sure the filling is piping hot before serving. Our pies can also be served cold if preferred.
Packaging
Pies are dispatched in boxes of six standard pies (or 12 little pies), in temperature-controlled packaging. This packaging keeps the pies below 5°C for 48 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled.
Delivery
We generally dispatch orders once a week, on Thursdays. For same week delivery, please place your order before 9am on Wednesday. Orders are sent using a next day delivery courier service. Our standard delivery fee is £8, with free delivery for orders over £100. You can contact us to arrange a bespoke order. Occasionally delivery can be delayed for reasons outwith our control. If you receive your order a day later than expected, the temperature-controlled packaging will ensure your pies remain in perfect condition. Unfortunately, because we need to use a guaranteed next day delivery service, we are unable to dispatch parcels to Northern Ireland, selected island postcodes and selected postcodes in the Highlands.
